Home Care Services

Our services include:

Our caregivers assist our clients with activities of daily living (ADL) such as:

  • Helping a client bathe, dress, or use the bathroom
  • Assisting with exercise, movement, or positioning
  • Housekeeping duties and laundry
  • Driving them to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, or social events
  • Preparing meals and helping them with eating
  • Keeping company and assisting with telephone calls

No, we do not offer nursing care services as we are not authorized to do so.

Our office is located at 5435 Balboa Blvd Suite, 104 Encino, California.

We will try to match the best caregiver based on your unique situation and health condition. You can request male or female caregivers. However, your preference will be subject to the caregiver's availability.

We strongly advise having one caregiver per client. However, if your family member also needs a little assistance, our caregivers can attend to them at an extra cost.

Caregivers' Hiring & Training

All caregivers must undergo LiveScan and DMV (Dept. of Motor Vehicle) screening tests to prove their mental and emotional fitness to assist our clients.

We do background checks through Livescan and DMV. DMV tests are to be taken every two years, while LiveScans notifies us of any new offenses.

Yes, we provide 8-12 hours of training to our newly recruited caregivers.

Yes, all of our caregivers are well-trained to cater to the special needs of our clients, including those with degenerative health conditions like Alzheimer's, dementia, and the like.

Caregivers' Supervision

We supervise our aides by conducting regular quality assurance checks at the client's home and calling the clients to review or address any questions or concerns.

It depends on the number of hours a client is serviced by our agency. The more hours or days that a client requires, the more often we will visit them for quality assurance.

Yes, all our aides are insured and bonded with our agency.

Caregivers' Working Hours

They can work for anywhere between 1-12 hours a day.

24-hour care will be broken up into three 8-hour shifts or two 12-hour shifts, depending on the caregiver's availability. You can also share your preference, but it will again be subject to the aide's availability.

Cost of In-Home Care Services

Yes, there are discounts on 24-hour care and permanent care depending on which one you choose.

We take payments bi-weekly.

Yes, we accept credit cards.

We currently accept payments via private pay, long-term care insurance, and the Veterans Support Program.

We provide a free needs assessment any time of the day, any time of the week.

Complaints and Grievance Redressals

We will have an on-call number available where clients and caregivers can reach one of our office staff during non-office hours.
